  1. Where is your office located? We are located in Dehradun at 3/5 Dilaram Bazar Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001.
  2. What payment options do you accept? We accept cash, UPI, and Google Pay, Bank Transfer.
  3. Do you offer COD or pay later options? No, we do not currently offer COD or pay later options.
  4. Is there a minimum order quantity requirement? Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 2 pieces per item, and the total order amount should be at least Rs. 4,000.
  5. How are shipping and packing fees calculated? Shipping fees are charged based on actual costs, which typically amount to around Rs. 300-400 for a Rs.10,000 order. The fees may vary depending on the size of the carton and the volume of items ordered. Packing fees range from Rs. 95-120 per carton.
  6. How can I place an order? Simply add the desired products to your cart, adjust the quantity as needed, and proceed to checkout. You do not need to make a payment to place an order. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping and packing fees and send an invoice to your WhatsApp number. You can review the invoice and clarify any questions before making the payment. We will provide a tracking ID the day after payment is received, and it usually takes 5-6 days for orders to arrive after dispatch.
  7. Do you offer any discounts? We do not offer discounts for orders below Rs. 1,00,000. For cash payments over Rs. 1,00,000, we may be able to offer a small discount.
  8.  What happens if I received a broken product – Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items that get damaged or broken during transit. However, we take great care to ensure that our products are not shipped in damaged or broken condition. We are known for our excellent packaging and 99.99% of our items arrive safely without any damage. As a suggestion, when shopping online and expecting a delivery, it’s always a good idea to make an uncut opening video of the package. While we don’t accept claims for damaged items, such a video can help you prove any damages that may have occurred during transit.
