- What payment options do you accept?
- We accept cash, UPI, Google Pay, and Bank Transfer.
- Do you offer COD or pay later options?
- No, we do not currently offer COD or pay later options.
- Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?
- Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 2 pieces per item, and the total order amount should be at least Rs. 4000.
- How are shipping and packing fees calculated?
- Shipping fees are based on actual costs, typically amounting to around Rs. 300-400 for a Rs. 10,000 order. Fees may vary depending on carton size and order volume. Packing fees range from Rs. 95-120 per carton.
- How can I place an order?
- Simply add desired products to your cart, adjust quantities as needed, and proceed to checkout. Payment is not required at this stage. Once we receive your order, we will calculate shipping and packing fees and send an invoice to your WhatsApp number. You can review the invoice, clarify any questions, and make the payment. We will provide a tracking ID the day after payment is received, with orders usually arriving 5-6 days after dispatch.
- Do you offer any discounts?
- We do not offer discounts for orders below Rs. 1,00,000. For cash payments exceeding Rs. 1,00,000, we may provide a small discount.
- What happens if I receive a broken product?
- Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged during transit. However, we take great care in packaging to minimize such occurrences. While claims for damaged items are not accepted, recording an uncut opening video of the package upon delivery can help prove any damages incurred during transit.
